Newly crowned Irish national champion Patrick Elliott is no.1 seed for the Donegal Harvest Rally 2008 which is based in Ardara this year. Kevin Lynch is a surprise entry at no.3 in his Subaru S12b and he has recently been testing new XCG suspension which he told rallynews.net makes the car much more stable over the bumps and less bouncey than it was on the Ulster.

There are a number of Subaru WRCs in the entry with Kevin Barrett, Seamus Leonard and PJ McDermott all entered in them. It will be interesting to see what Gary Jennings will drive as it had been speculated he would be in an S12b. Niall Maguire was originally entered at no.2 but has since withdrawn his entry.

A quality 2WD entry has been assembled with the likes of Gary McPhillips, Rodney Wilton, Martin Magee etc, all entered.
