Contrary to press reports Juha Kankkunen will not be at the Schackleton Festival on July 18-20

Organisers of the Shackleton Festival have confirmed that four time World Champion Juha Kankkunen will not be appearing. It was thought he might be there driving a Peugeot 205 T16 E2, owned by James Tannahill of Curtis Cars Newtownabbey, but unfortunately this will not happen as Kankkunen has prior commitments.
Organisers, though, hope to possibly announce another big name instead, but nothing is confirmed. Petter Solberg and Phil Mills will definitely be attending and Petter will compete in the main rally driving Kevin Lynch's Subaru S12B.
No Kankkunen but Petter is still coming
