Nicolas Vouilloz has been linked to the PH Sport Citroen C4 test this month and may possibly enter Rally Ireland 2009 in a C4 WRC

RallyBuzz understands that IRC leader Nicolas Vouilloz has been linked to the PH Sport Citroen C4 test in France. The test takes place from the 11th September and will consist of both gravel and tarmac. Four drivers will take part in the test with Rautenbach and Aava expected to be there (though Andreas Aigner and Sebastien Ogier also appear to be in the in the frame) to take part alongside Andreas Mikkelsen.
Vouilloz has also been linked to a possible drive in a private PH Sport C4 WRC on Rally Ireland 2009, the opening round of next year's WRC, the aim of which would be to see how he adapts to car and team.
Vouilloz may possibly be preferred for a C4 seat above Ogier at the minute as Citroen Sport don't want to rush Ogier's progress, though he (Ogier) may get to drive a C4 on selected WRC rounds and perhaps on this years Rally GB. The proposed Citroen B team for next year may consist of three cars, a bit like the Stobart team.
Meanwhile, the only confirmed driver so far for the PH Sport test, Andreas Mikkelsen, is weighing up his options for next year with a seat in the Subaru B team, or replacing the retired Companc in the Munchi's squad as the favoured options at the minute .
