MEM, who developes and builds the Proton S2000, is aiming to have ten cars built by the 1st July 08 for homologation. The car, which is based on the Satria Neo model, is due for testing soon and should make it's debut later in the year. MEM is run by Chris Mellors who reckons the car will be competitive straight out of the box. Car may debut on Asia Pacific round as MEM have much exprience of that championship and would make commercial sense.
